I put together a seminar with a Powerpoint presentation (HERE) and some notes (HERE), both derived from a writeup I did on my own web site (HERE). The bottom line is that if you install air deflectors, an air dam or spoiler, and a lighter-duty fan clutch you will see much better stability in your engine temperatures, stop your fan from turning on at highway speeds when it should not be needed, and, when it does turn on, you will hardly hear it at all.
