When it is in \u201cthe cloud\u201d, you need\nan internet connection to see it. The reason you would want to download it is\nso that you can view it without using the internet (because once it is on your\ndevice, you do not need an internet connection to view the document). If you\ndownloaded it, you just need to find the downloaded document on your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on a LINK to a PDF document makes your browser\nprogram (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) retrieve the data from \u201cthe\ncloud\u201d and display it on your screen. Once it is on the screen you can read it,\nprint it, or download it with controls that are available the PDF display\nscreen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printing the PDF is pretty straightforward\nbut downloading can be confusing because there are so many different variations\non how you might have your computer, tablet or phone configured. If you (or\nwhoever helps you with your technical problems) have not changed your defaults\nyou should look for your document in a folder called \"downloads\". If\nyou can't find the PDF we suggest you ask google - search for \"where is my\ndownload?\" and, follow the instructions and read the results of the search\nwhich should be tailored to your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have downloaded the\nnewsletter it is no longer necessary to use the internet to look at it - you\nopen the downloaded file instead.
