Karaoke became part of our rally fun at the King City rally in the Spring of 2011.\u00a0 Joanne and Phil Hernandez borrowed a karaoke machine from their neighbor and many of us enjoyed using it for a sing-a-long session on one of the evenings - there were also a couple of pretty good individual singers.\u00a0\u00a0 For the Fall 2011 rally at Emerald Desert we upgraded to a computerized karaoke system that allowed us to quickly find requested songs, and directory books that list our music collection.\u00a0 Karaoke was part of the Survivor II team competition and we had loads of fun with talented singers and 'others' - lots of fun for everyone.<\/p>\n
Our karaoke music collection is quite extensive and includes music from Frank Sinatra to Aretha Franklin and Elvis.\u00a0 It seemed that country music from Johnny Cash and Hank Williams was the most popular but it was hard to tell.\u00a0 Also, we don't know if there was music that you wanted but was not listed.<\/p>\n
