Armand and Carol Minnie, and Dave and Donna deGraffenreid will co-host this rally at the DeAnza RV Resort in Amado, Arizona.
Amado is a very small wide spot on the road between Tucson and Nogales, Mexico. It is about 40 miles south of Tucson and just north of historic Tubac Village – a very interesting artsy community – on Interstate Highway I-19.
DeAnza RV Resort has a large clubhouse with lots to do. A heated salt water swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board courts, darts, ping pong, bocce ball, horseshoes, billiards, exercise room and pickle ball and a nice community fire pit.
Hi Minnies! Sally and I are considering joining you at the spring rally, we having missed our usual soujourn at Lake Havasu, and feeling slighted. We will keep in touch, and hope everything comes together. What can we expect for weather/temps there that time of year? Bye for now, j beal
In April the weather should be beautiful. It should be about 80 degrees and could be higher but it will be very comfortable even as high as 90 because it is so dry – there is virtually no chance of rain in April.
