The PDF is from a document written by Rob and based upon information from Alex Ferrara who is on a mission to fix the steering on every GMC that has a problem with it. The document as presented here has a date at the top along with an explanation that Rob has not certified this procedure and that, if you use it, you carefully validate it and let him know if you see anything that is incorrect or that could be better.
